I want to extend my thanks and that of my buyer for saving her when her original loan company failed her and we were teetering on losing her selected property.

Without your experience, ability to identify the loan issues (which were many), and then quickly getting them resolved, my buyer would not be enjoying her new residence.

You went well beyond the call of duty in that I have never experienced a loan officer who worked so incredibly hard to resolve issues that the other lender either could not or didn’t put the effort into. I’m amazed that you were able to take a client who from a credit standpoint, due to an error, showed the client as deceased and overcame theses hurdles. You found a way to work around that and to find a lender who would work with us with only 2 FICO scores while you also worked with the buyer to get the proper communications out to the creditor so that the credit bureau could correct this situation to make her, from a credit standpoint, rise from the dead.

There is no other senior loan officer in San Diego County, in my opinion, that is as thorough, personable to work with, and timely in helping resolve the most difficult loan conditions to the satisfaction of the buyer and lender.

I want to highly recommend your services, and personal touch to all who might be considering financing a home.

We are first time homeowners, so you can only imagine how overwhelming it was to purchase our home. My husband and I knew it was time to combine our two interest only mortgage loans into a 30-year fixed. The only problem was that we didn’t know how to go about it.
